★Condition to join the Course
Graduated 4 year or 2 year college or university, or vocational school
*Vocational schools which is not connected to school education is not applicable. (e.g. Cooking school).
You need to have more than 14 years of schooling.
(If you graduated your final school before 1991 March 31st, you can make application without 14 years of schooling experience.)
Please submit your certificate of graduation.
You need to have native level of English,
conversation level of Japanese. (N4-3 level and more)
No criminal record.
No age limit.
If your school doesn't issue academic transcript, or it will take months to prepare this document, please let us know first.

4. Academic Transcript
5. Japanese Translation of your Academic Transcript (If you can make)
6. A copy of your residence card
7.A copy of your passport (Page of your picture)
8.Certificate of your Japanese level (If you have)
If you cannot prepare the school document. So please send us the other documents first.
*Remarks - (Before you take the actual Hoikushi Examination )If you graduated a school not in japan, please fill in and submit this form of 受験資格事前確認依頼書 that is in the home page of the organizer of actual Hoikushi Exam. = 一般社団法人 全国保育士養成協議会( https://www.hoyokyo.or.jp/exam/) Please send the form to us with your Certificate of Graduation.
